Salary: ₴20,000 - ₴24,000 with a probationary period
Schedule: 8 hour day from 09:00 to 18:00 Mon - Fri.
Location: Kharkiv

A dynamically developing management company urgently requires a specialist in working with legal entities, corporate clients.

Job description:

1. Concluding contracts, collecting documents, processing applications;
2. Advising clients on the company's products and selecting the best option;
3. Customer service: providing advice, handling incoming calls and emails;
4. Maintaining customer service standards

Candidate Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial institution or bank serving corporate clients is required;
2. University degree in economics or finance;
3. Diplomas or certificates of training in sales and customer service are an advantage;
4. Full time remote working

Skills and Abilities:
1. Good verbal skills, ability to resolve conflict situations;
2. Ability to assess client needs;
3. Excellent product knowledge;
4. Ability to work in a team
